The way we breathe and how we approach the breath can impact our lives in so many monumental ways, as not only does the breath have the power to anchor us into the present moment, but it also acts as a bridge between our body, mind and spirit.

That's why during our Connected classes we will utilise the breath in several different ways in order to find this bridge and thus unification between our different elements. Helping us to feel and become whole.

This class does not require any previous experience with breathwork or pranayama techniques, however we do encourage you to not eat for 2 hours before the practice, and to wear comfortable clothing which is not restrictive.
